How to buy?

The process of buying in our store is very simple.

It is necessary to select a product of suitable size and characteristics, and add it to the basket by clicking the "Add to cart" button. The product will be added to the cart.

The quantity of goods in the basket can be changed.

Next, you should choose the appropriate delivery method and write the data necessary to process the order. The list of data required for order processing depends on the selected delivery method.

- If "self-delivery" is selected, we will ask you to fill in the name of the payer, phone number and e-mail, so that you can be informed about the readiness of the goods for delivery, as well as to establish your identity when issuing the goods. Upon receipt of the goods, please be prepared to present an identity document. The payer must be the recipient, or the recipient must have a power of attorney from the payer to receive.

- If the delivery service in Estonia by courier is chosen, then you should also write the data that is necessary for delivery.

- If you need an invoice in the name of the company, you should also indicate the data of the company.

- After that, carefully read the User Agreement (or the Terms of Purchase, or the Purchase and Sale Agreement). You should fully agree with this document, without this consent, the further purchase process is impossible.

After that, confirm your order and pay by bank transfer.

In order to conveniently control information about your purchases, you can register as a regular customer in the store.

All prices in the online store include VAT of the Republic of Estonia 20%.

Delivery methods and time

Our e-shop sells and delivers goods (tyres, wheels) only in Estonia. Delivery to other countries is possible only by a separate agreement between the buyer and the management of Astela OÜ.

The buyer can choose:

- local pickup

or

- delivery by courier in Estonia

From the moment the order is processed, the goods are prepared for delivery and transferred to the courier for transportation within 1-2 business days. The client is informed about the readiness of the goods for delivery or delivery by phone or e-mail.
